Applicable to sales to customers in Spain and the rest of the European Union (EU)
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), individual customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
- Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Tecnikal S.C. by email at tecnikalcnc@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
- Consequences: Once withdrawal is communicated, the Customer has an additional 14 calendar days to return the items.
2. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Documentation: A copy of the invoice issued in the Customer’s name must be included.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or CNC-machined parts.
- Components cut to Customer specifications.
- Consumable products (adhesives, lubricants, standard fasteners).
3. Return Procedure
- Prior request:
- The Customer must email tecnikalcnc@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number and purchase date.
- Item(s) to be returned.
- Reason (withdrawal, defect, or shipping error).
- Tecnikal S.C. will confirm receipt and issue a return case number within a maximum of 48 business hours.
- The Customer must email tecnikalcnc@gmail.com with the following details:
- Packaging and preparation:
- Items must be carefully packed in their original packaging.
- The invoice copy and return case number must be included inside the package.
- Return shipping:
- In case of withdrawal, the Customer bears the return shipping costs.
- In case of defect or shipping error, Tecnikal S.C. will cover all return costs.

4. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receipt, Tecnikal S.C. will inspect the returned items within 5–7 business days to verify compliance with the return conditions.
- If the items do not meet the established conditions, Tecnikal S.C. reserves the right to reject the return and ship the items back to the Customer after prior notice. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.
5. Refund Methods
Once the return is approved:
- Refund to original payment method (card, bank transfer, or PayPal) within 14 calendar days after Tecnikal S.C. confirms the items meet return conditions.
- Store credit: At the Customer’s request, a credit voucher valid for 12 months can be issued.
The refund will include the price of the items and, only in case of defect or shipping error, the original shipping costs.
6. Conformity Guarantee
All items sold by Tecnikal S.C. come with a 2-year legal guarantee for consumers in the EU. 2 years legal guarantee for consumers in the EU.
- Claim period: 2 years from the delivery date.
- Procedure:
- The Customer must notify the defect—preferably within 30 days of detection—via email to tecnikalcnc@gmail.com.
- Include the order number, description of the defect, and supporting photos.
- Depending on the defect and at Tecnikal S.C.’s discretion: repair, replacement, or full refund will be offered.
7. Exceptions and Special Cases
- Bulky or heavy items: Additional return costs may apply.
- Safety-critical parts: Technical review may be required before refund.
- Discounted or promotional orders: Refund will be limited to the actual amount paid by the Customer.
