A new era in motorcycling is about to begin! Harley-Davidson and MotoGP have announced a historic partnership to launch a new global racing series kicking off in 2026. The competition will feature modified Harley-Davidson Road Glide bagger motorcycles, bringing power and spectacle to the racetrack like never before.
Competition Highlights
- 🏁 The series will include 12 races across 6 Grand Prix weekends in Europe and North America.
- 🔧 Between 6 and 8 teams will compete, each with 2 riders, all backed by Harley-Davidson Factory Racing.
- ⚙️ The race bikes will weigh around 280 kg, pack over 200 horsepower, and reach speeds of more than 300 km/h.
- 🏍️ All teams will race on identical machines, ensuring thrilling, fair competition.

Jochen Zeitz, CEO of Harley-Davidson, described the series as "a bold new step in the brand’s global racing ambitions." Meanwhile, Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, emphasized that this collaboration "brings a new dimension to the MotoGP spectacle."
